It seems that real life Houston appears to be toxic right now. Lawson was a disaster, Harden isn't even trying on defense, and their supporting cast is crazy inconsistent. I would not be pointing at Dwight for their struggles.

I'd love to have him in Charlotte, maybe even on a short term max contract. Still an elite defensive center- and he has has a lot of experience with our head coach. We don't need our center to do much more than set screens and finish at the rim on the offensive end. Give me Howard over Jefferson all day every day. I'd trade a pick to Houston as well.

This is coming from someone that doesn't like Howard's antics. He's a bitch, but I would support him coming to Charlotte.

Did anyone not see this coming? The decline of a center who used pure athleticism to score around the basket and to be the defensive player that he was. He hasn't been the same since his back injury, and surely not worth his max contract. It's only going to get uglier too.
