Can't wait to see what will happen in Boston. But take your time, it needs a while to get a better grip about player value, strat's and finances.

with the age of the roster my guess would be a full rebuild but letting them play for a bit and get a feel for the league, may be a smart move too.

This team was once feared in the East. I think if you're set for that vision, rebuild is not an option since this team was actually built just like what you envisioned. A tough lockdown defensive team. Perhaps some retooling with the aging stars and you're set to compete in no time.

Still a lot of evaluating left to do before I can definitely say what moves are needed, but one thing I can promise is no explicit tanking. Absolutely hate the concept. If this team produces poor results in the future, it is strictly a skill issue on my part, but the intent to win every game possible will always be there.

That's a good shout as I dive deeper and deeper into the team. History and storylines are important for leagues like this so if potential moves for career Celtics do come up for whatever reason, I'll keep that in mind.
