This really stems from being drunk and wanting to act dumb on the internet currently, but..

We should bring back the chat box. I'd like to think it would be good for the league if we had a place for us to shoot the shit with each other, instead of during trade talks during PM's?

A counter argument to the chat box would be that it would take away from forum posts and interactions, which is part of the job description of a CSL GM.

Fair.

If I want to talk about the game that played tonight (or games), should I really make a forum post for that though? We're a fairly tight knit community - I guess if I wanted to shoot the shit with my online buddies, I'd prefer to do it in a chat box/im setting rather than flooding the forum server with meaningless threads.

We can't do a chat box. I got this server space incredibly cheap with certain conditions, one of which being that we have no constantly refreshing script, such as a chat box.

I fully encourage you all to take advantage of the general talk or NBA section of the forum. Can have an ongoing thread like trade chatter
