All-Star Festivities

Will we be holding a league-wide vote for the All-Star game ? Or are we just going with the DDS simulated game ?


Thought it would be a lot more intriguing if we holded a league-wide vote for the all-star teams (obviously GMs can't vote for their own players).

Well, actually I believe the laegue has other problems. Inactive members/commishs, no scouting to name some.

Summer time is always tough for simleagues IMO for everyone, and it's not easy for all to keep it up during this days I guess.

As for the all-star voting, I'm not sure how we did it @oCSL, but I think it maybe was the game choosing?
Voting should be much better, but it's also much work too, but it's a good idea IMO. But as Dennis mentions, we'll have to see how many would vote

How would you incorporate GM voting into the engine? an exhibition sim or something?

I agree with jamal summer vacation is more complicated, commitments etc, is more difficult to keep up but as of mid-September activity was increased and the articles also.

Yeah Jamal is right. Just wanted to say, if someone puts together a vote it would be fun, but we shouldnt load Myles with more extra work.
